Role Overview: Are you a dedicated and hands-on HR professional with a passion for people and operational excellence We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our team in Shah Alam. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for managing our HR operations, fostering a positive workplace, and supporting our growth in the logistics sector. You'll be a key player in shaping our employee experience and ensuring smooth HR functions.

What you'll do:

  • Manage HR Operations: Oversee and execute the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring efficiency and support for all employees.
  • Policy Development & Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain effective HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Drive Employee Relations: Actively foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting strong relations across all levels.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. Support performance management cycles to facilitate employee development.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and ensure all HR practices are fully compliant.
  • Handle Payroll & Administration: Critically, manage accurate and timely payroll processing and comprehensive HR administration, including meticulous record-keeping and support for HR-related inquiries.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their needs, provide HR guidance, and contribute to overall organizational goals and employee engagement initiatives.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in HR Management and HR Operations, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of HR Policies and best practices, with a strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws.
  • Excellent Employee Relations skills and a demonstrated ability to cultivate a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Proficiency in all core Human Resources (HR) related tasks, including recruitment, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong rapport and trust.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Professional HR certification is a significant advantage.
