Human Resources Executive

We're Hiring: HR Executive

We're looking for a responsible and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily HR operations and employee matters

• Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Assist with payroll, leave and attendance matters

• Support performance management and HR policies

• Ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations

• Provide support for general administrative matters

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised, responsible and able to work independently

• Good knowledge of Singapore/Malaysia employment practices will be an advantage
