We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive to support payroll and day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate payroll processing, well-maintained employee records, and timely HR reporting. You will work closely with HR partners and internal stakeholders, support annual HR cycles, and contribute to HR projects and initiatives that help improve efficiency and employee experience.
Your Tasks:
- Perform monthly payroll administration for employees, ensuring timely salary payments and basic statutory compliance.
- Compile and submit routine payroll-related reports and information to relevant internal and external parties, including statutory and regulatory bodies.
- Administer employee movement processes such as probation tracking, confirmation, transfers, resignations, and contract renewals etc.
- Maintain and update employee personal records and files accurately, ensuring proper documentation and orderly filing.
- Provide administrative support for annual HR cycles such as salary adjustments, promotions, and performance reviews.
- Manage proper filing, retention of employee and payroll records in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Prepare employee listings and movement reports to support benefits administration
- Compile basic workforce data and reports to support routine HR tracking and operational decision-making.
- Support internal HR communications and assist in the implementation and upkeep of HR policies, procedures, and standard processes.
- Prepare monthly HR reports related to headcount, overtime, work hours, and other HR metrics.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and perform data analysis to support stakeholders decision-making.
- Involve in HR projects, including HR digitalization initiatives, process improvement, and system enhancement.
- Support the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports.
- Responsible to support the administration of the operations of the human resources functions and HR projects as and when needed.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in any field; formal education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HR administration and payroll processing
- Working knowledge of local employment legislation and statutory requirements, with ability to support basic compliance and reporting
- Practical experience using HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. SAP, FlexHR or similar platforms), with confidence in handling employee and payroll data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when managing payroll information, employee records, and routine HR reports
- Good analytical and data-handling skills, able to compile, check, and present HR and workforce data for operational use
- Well-organized and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and meet recurring deadlines
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with HR team members, managers, and internal stakeholders
- Discreet, professional, and reliable when handling employee information and HR documentation
