Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer internal and external training programs.
- Manage HRDC grant applications and hospital sponsorship programs.
- Support organisational development projects like competency development, succession planning, and onboarding enhancements.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.
- Handle credentialing and privileging processes for employees.
Qualification and requirements
- Possess Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with strong academic results.
- At least 1 to 2 years in HR.
- Candidate who is familiar with HRDC related administrative matter is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with HR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
