Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Support onboarding activities, including preparation of offer letters and documentation.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Support general HR administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements / Skills

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
