Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Support onboarding activities, including preparation of offer letters and documentation.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Support general HR administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements / Skills
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
