We stock, sell, rent, and provide repair and service for heavy machinery to meet these industries needs. We are the authorized distributor for leading brands like XCMG, Hyundai, Weichai Power, and Shantui. With over 40 years of experience, we offer an 18,000 sqm stockyard, skilled technicians, and top-notch service facilities. Headquartered in Puchong (HQ) with an HED in USJ and 5 branches nationwide, we are expanding and seeking talented individuals to join our team, offering competitive remuneration and growth opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • HR Administration: Help maintain accurate and confidential employee records using our Human Resources Information System Preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and other correspondence.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of company events, team-building activities, and other employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Compliance: Provide support in ensuring HR practices adhere to company policies and follow local labour laws and regulation,

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work at the HQ located in Puchong (3 mins to One City, USJ).
