Key Responsibilities
- Assist inrecruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Supportonboarding and offboardingprocesses (preparation of documents, induction sessions, exit interviews).
- Maintain and updateemployee recordsand HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizingemployee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.
- SupportHR documentationsuch as letters, memos, and reports.
- Help monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and performance reviews.
- Perform other related administrative and HR support tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed aBachelor's degreein Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.
- Goodorganizational and time managementabilities.
- High level ofconfidentialityand attention to detail.
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
- Proficient in conversational English & Thailand, both written and verbal.
- Great sense of responsibility towards the tasks given, with the aim to excel the task.
Note: This internship comes with a monthly allowance.
