Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist inrecruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Supportonboarding and offboardingprocesses (preparation of documents, induction sessions, exit interviews).
  • Maintain and updateemployee recordsand HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in organizingemployee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.
  • SupportHR documentationsuch as letters, memos, and reports.
  • Help monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and performance reviews.
  • Perform other related administrative and HR support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed aBachelor's degreein Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Goodorganizational and time managementabilities.
  • High level ofconfidentialityand attention to detail.
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficient in conversational English & Thailand, both written and verbal.
  • Great sense of responsibility towards the tasks given, with the aim to excel the task.

Note: This internship comes with a monthly allowance.
