Job Scope: Human Resources Intern
1. Recruitment & Selection
* Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
* Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
* Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates.
* Support onboarding process for new hires (preparing documents, orientation).
2. Employee Records & Documentation
* Maintain and update employee records in both hardcopy and HR systems.
* Assist in preparing HR letters (confirmation, internship letters, etc.).
* Ensure proper filing of HR-related documents in line with company policy.
3. Training & Development
* Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and staff development programs.
* Track employee participation and maintain training records.
* Support evaluation and feedback collection after training.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
* Support in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and CSR initiatives.
* Assist in preparing HR newsletters, surveys, and communications.
* Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies.
5. Compliance & Policy Support
* Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.
* Support HR audits and compliance checks.
* Learn and ensure understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
7. Ad-hoc Tasks
* Provide administrative support for HR task.
* Participate in meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Any other duties as assigned by the HR team.
