Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to support the HR team in daily operations, recruitment activities, and ad-hoc projects. This internship provides hands-on exposure to HR processes and an opportunity to develop practical skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administration: Assist in maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and handling routine administrative tasks.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Participate in job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Support new hire onboarding activities, including preparation of materials and coordination with relevant departments.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and engagement activities.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Carry out other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure HR processes are executed in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
