Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to support the HR team in daily operations, recruitment activities, and ad-hoc projects. This internship provides hands-on exposure to HR processes and an opportunity to develop practical skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Assist in maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and handling routine administrative tasks.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Participate in job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support new hire onboarding activities, including preparation of materials and coordination with relevant departments.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and engagement activities.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Carry out other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure HR processes are executed in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
