Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions in Malaysia, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and office administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and initiatives that comply with Malaysian labor laws (EA 1955, IR Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand manpower needs, provide HR advisory, and support talent planning and organizational development.
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation & benefits administration, and ensure statutory submissions (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB) are completed accurately.
- Manage employee disciplinary matters, investigations, and performance improvement processes while maintaining a fair and consistent environment.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture, retention, and internal communication.
- Ensure HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS data are accurate and updated.
- Manage and guide the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role in Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, HR compliance, and statutory processes.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations within fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and people leadership abilities.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
