We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead HR department and enhance our Human Resources function, with a key focus on staff engagement, organizational culture, and employee experience. This role is critical in shaping a positive and high-performing work environment by driving HR strategies that align with our Company values and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Engagement & Culture
- Develop and lead employee engagement strategies and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct regular employee engagement activity, analyze results, and implement action plans.
- Organize and oversee staff recognition programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor and culture ambassador within the organization.
- Staff engagement with Centre and Head Quarter's staffs.
2. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Partner with stakeholder, JV directors to align HR practices with business objectives.
- Lead HR planning, policy development, and implementation in accordance with labour laws, and best practices of the Company.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
3. Talent Management
- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Support onboarding, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Implement performance management systems that promote continuous feedback and development.
4. HR Operations
- Oversee and supervise HR team members to support daily operations.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration in collaboration with Directors.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 710 years of progressive HR operations experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Preferably possesses HR operations experience in Retail or Beauty related industry.
- Strong experience in employee engagement, communications, and culture-building.
- In-depth experience in HR best practices, and change management.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-pace environment.
- Possess own car.
- Able to read and write in English & Chinese is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel frequently (40%). (Klang Valley & Outstation).
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives across departments.
- Salary range: RM8,000 - RM10,000
