Job Brief
We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support the various HR functions within Talent team and not limited to compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development and etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in HR operations from pre-onboarding to off-boarding.
- Support in performance reviews and development programs.
- Managing compensation and benefits of employees not limited to payroll, leave management, employee benefits and etc.
- Support in regulatory reports and any other compliance reports.
- Support employee relations activities and address employee concerns
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly report and provide valuable insights in analysis.
Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, other any other Business Field.
- Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
- Good communication in both spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical data skills.
