About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to manage and streamline our core HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle. In this role, you will ensure data integrity, support payroll and benefits administration, maintain legal compliance, and serve as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to process improvements and cultural initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, contract changes, and maintenance of accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist with monthly payroll inputs and coordination with payroll vendors, as well as benefits administration tasks such as enrolments, claims, and addressing employee queries.
  • Maintain data integrity across HR systems and tools, ensuring timely and accurate reporting andcdocumentation of HR-related information.
  • Ensure HR practices align with relevant employment laws, internal policies, and audit requirements; proactively identify and highlight any risks or gaps.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day employee HR queries and contribute to clear, transparent internal communications.
  • Participate in or support ad-hoc HR or company-wide projects as reasonably assigned, including but not limited to process improvements, tool upgrades, engagement activities, and culture initiatives, in line with evolving business needs.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for company marketing or employer branding initiatives where required.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of local employment laws and payroll processes.

Compensation

RM 48,000 - RM 96,000 annually
