We are now looking for a motivatedHR Managerto join our team in India and play a key role in building and supporting our global talent base while ensuring smooth office operations in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Global):

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across different regions (Mainly Europe and Asia).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent worldwide.
  • Oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration for new hires globally.

Office & People Operations (London):

  • Oversee day-to-day office management and act as the primary HR contact for the Mumbai or Pune office.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training, development, and well-being programs.
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation for employees.

HR Strategy & Global Support:

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR policies and practices across international offices.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational development.
  • Act as a bridge between the office and global HR functions to ensure consistency and alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (required)
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in HR management, with strong exposure totalent acquisition and office management.
  • Familiarity with global recruitment practices and multi-region HR compliance.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
