As our IT Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our technology initiativesguiding projects from concept to completion. You'll ensure each project is delivered on time, stays within budget, and achieves its goals. Acting as the bridge between IT teams, business users, and external vendors, you'll manage risks, handle changes, and make sure the right processes and approvals are followed. Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead on IT projects, including software rollouts, system upgrades, network enhancements, and digital transformation efforts.
- Keep projects on track by monitoring progress, identifying risks, resolving issues, and managing dependencies.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and management to keep everyone aligned.
- Run regular project meetings, share clear status updates, and maintain accurate reports.
- Support testing and user acceptance cycles, while managing and resolving defects.
- Stay flexible and adapt to changing project requirements and business needs.
- Ensure all projects comply with IT policies, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation plans, and conduct periodic reviews.
- Manage changes in project scope, timelines, or resources thoughtfully and efficiently.
- Help teams adopt new tools, systems, and processes by providing guidance, training, and clear communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Hands-on experience with vendor management, governance, risk, and change management.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Comfortable using project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
- Professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a strong plus.
- Exceptional planning, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
