Infrastructure & Data Platform Manager

Position Purpose

The Division Head, Infrastructure C Data Platform is responsible for leading the Company's enterprise infrastructure and data platform capabilities to ensure core technology foundations are reliable, secure, scalable, resilient and fit for future business needs.

The role oversees enterprise infrastructure, network and connectivity, servers, virtualisation, storage, cloud and data centre services, databases, enterprise data platforms, data

architecture and data governance.

The Division Headis expected to combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical capability, working closely with other IT divisions, business functions and external service providers to maintainstable operations, strengthen enterprise data quality, manage

technology lifecycle and build sustainable internal capability.

Key Responsibilities

1.Infrastructure s Data Platform Leadership

• Develop and maintain the Infrastructure C Data Platform strategy and roadmap aligned with the Company's businessand technology objectives.
• Lead the planning, management and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure and data platform capabilities.
• Translate business and technology requirements into practical, scalable and cost-effective technicalsolutions.
• Establish appropriate technical standards, operating practices and governance across the division.
• Identify technology risks, capability gaps and technical debt, and drive appropriate remediation andinvestment priorities.

2.Enterprise Infrastructure Management

• Own and manage enterprise infrastructure across HQ, logistics and warehouse environments, including network and connectivity, servers, virtualisation, storage, cloud infrastructure and data centreservices.
• Ensure infrastructure services are stable, available, appropriately secured and capable of supporting business operations.
• Oversee infrastructure monitoring, incident and problem management, patching, maintenance and technical troubleshooting.
• Manage infrastructure capacity, performance and technology lifecycle, including upgrades, replacement, consolidation and retirement.
• Coordinate effectively with third-party providers for externally managed infrastructure and connectivity services.

3.Enterprise Data Platform, Architecture s Governance

• Own the enterprise data architecture, databases and data platforms, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, secure and capable of supporting reporting, analytics and AI

requirements.

• Define and maintain enterprise data architecture principles, standards, data models and technical patterns.
• Lead the design and management of databases, data warehouses, data lakes, data pipelines and related data platform capabilities.
• Establish enterprise standards for data integration and work with application owners to ensure data exchange and integrations align with applicable architecture and data standards.
• Establish and continuously improve enterprise data governance, ownership, stewardship anddata quality frameworks.
• Work with business Data Owners to improve data accuracy, consistency, completeness and usability, while business functions remain accountable for the meaningand

accuracy of data within their respective domains.

4.Availability, Security s Resilience

• Ensure infrastructure and data platforms meet appropriate availability, resilience, backup and recovery requirements.

• Establish and maintain backup, restoration and disaster recovery capabilities, including appropriate testingand validation.
• Identify single points of failure and operational resilience risks and drive appropriate remediation.
• Implement and maintain appropriate technical security controls for infrastructure and data platforms.
• Work closely with Information Security Governance to address security, risk, audit and compliance requirements, including applicable PDPA, ISO/IEC 27001, internal policy, regulatory and contractual obligations.

5.Technology, Vendor s Service Management

• Manage infrastructure and data platform technology lifecycle, capacity, cost and investment requirements.
• Identify opportunities to optimise technology utilisation, architecture and cost without compromising security or operational resilience.
• Manage relevant technology vendors and service providers, including service performance, SLA achievement, technical issues and escalation.
• Review and challenge vendor architecture, technical proposals and deliverables to ensure solutions are appropriate, maintainable and cost-effective.
• Ensure appropriate technical documentation, knowledge transfer and operational handover are completed to minimise unnecessary vendor dependency.

6.Technical Leadership s Team Development

• Lead, coach and develop the Infrastructure C Data Platform team, establishing clear responsibilities, objectives and performance expectations.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance across infrastructure, network, server, database and data platform matters.
• Develop broader cross-domain capability within the team to strengthen operational resilience and reduce dependency on individual specialists.
• Establish structured technical documentation, operating procedures and knowledge management practices.
• Support recruitment, workforce planning, succession planning and continuous capability development for the division.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Engineering or related discipline.
• Master's Degree is advantageous.

Experience

• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience across enterprise infrastructure,

network, server, database, data platform, architecture or related technology disciplines.

• Approximately 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Strong practical experience in enterprise infrastructure operations and management.
• Demonstrated experience in database, data platform, enterprise data architecture and/or data management.
• Experience managing technology availability, resilience, operational incidents and technology lifecycle.
• Experience managing external technology vendors and service providers.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives and supporting business-critical enterprise platforms.
