About the Role

We're hiring a high-energy, results-driven Senior Inside Sales Representative (Hunter) to build pipeline, win new business, and expand existing accounts.

This is a front-line revenue role focused on partner-led selling within PC Manufacturer ecosystems. You'll work closely with OEM sales teams to generate leads, activate opportunities, and execute land-and-expand strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive net-new pipeline creation via OEM sales teams and channel partners
  • Build strong relationships with inside & outside sales teams within PC Manufacturer environments
  • Execute land-and-expand strategies to grow revenue within existing accounts
  • Lead discovery calls to qualify opportunities and uncover client needs
  • Run high-level customer calls to showcase product platforms, demonstrate use cases, and drive activation
  • Deliver compelling demos and clearly articulate business value
  • Act as a software evangelist across partners and clients
  • Enable partners through trainings, workshops, and sales programs
  • Present at partner events and workshops (100+ attendees)

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Pipeline generation (monthly/quarterly targets)
  • Net-new leads sourced via OEM & channel partners
  • Conversion rates: discovery → demo → opportunity
  • Revenue growth through land-and-expand
  • Partner activation & engagement (trainings, enablement sessions)
  • Contribution to regional sales targets and deal velocity

Compensation Structure

  • 80% Base Salary
  • 10% KPI-based bonus
  • 10% Commission (performance-driven)

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in software / IT sales (Inside Sales, BD, or Channel)
  • Proven hunter mindset with a track record in pipeline creation and closing
  • Experience in lead generation and partner-driven sales motions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (demos, workshops, exec calls)
  • Ability to build relationships across OEM, channel, and sales teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience with PC manufacturers or channel ecosystems is a strong advantage
