The Inside Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through proactive sales and customer engagement activities. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing superior customer service to ensure client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located at our office in WP. Kuala Lumpur.

• Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is an advantage
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
