Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent located in Subang Jaya. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with insurance solutions tailored to their needs, selling insurance products, and providing outstanding customer service. Day-to-day activities include identifying potential clients, explaining policies and coverage options, reviewing client financial goals, and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and familiarity with Insurance Brokerage
- Solid understanding of Finance principles and industry practices
- Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to build relationships and resolve issues effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Relevant certifications in Insurance or Finance are an advantage
