Role /Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Insurance Life Advisor located in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for remote work. The Insurance Life Advisor will be responsible for providing financial consultancy services, offering tailored life insurance plans, and developing lasting relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities include analyzing clients financial goals, recommending insurance solutions, delivering exceptional customer support, and ensuring continued client satisfaction and engagement. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance and Finance-related knowledge to provide sound financial recommendations.
• Experience or a strong interest in Consulting and Customer Service to understand client needs and foster trust.
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage with clients effectively and explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to set goals, take initiative, and work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Finance, Business, or a related area.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry would be advantageous, but not mandatory.
