Perform routine business processing transactions, which are non-repetitive and may involve independent thinking, including data-entry in system, issuing policy documents and billing premiums based on set guidelines. Involve analysis and investigation during handling the account.
Review, evaluate, verify and process work for multinational business. This includes calculation of taxes / adjustments, billing premiums and issuing policies to the client.
Communicate both verbally and/or in writing to Producing Office, Multinational Risk Practitioner, Underwriter or clients to collect information for policy issuances.
Organize and maintain electronic databases
Review, investigate and rectify all the rework issue if any.
Respond to queries by Clients, Producing Office or Underwriters.
Update payments for policies and may have to communicate with other departments such as Finance / Accountings and RISO to obtain updated payment information.
Responds to general client and broker queries via email and calls.
Prepare reports as and when required by management
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
General insurance knowledge/experience preferred
Experience in Business Process Outsourcing / Shared Services environment is an added advantage
Good command and comprehension of English (oral and written) is compulsory
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation.
Willingness to work on shift according to the region, including Malaysia public holidays: Australia & New Zealand (ANZ): 5 AM to 2 PM (Monday to Friday) North America (NAM): 9 PM to 6 AM (Monday to Friday) Middle East (ME): 12 PM to 9 PM (Monday to Friday) United Kingdom: 4 PM - 1 AM (Monday to Friday)
