What You'll Do
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
- Leverage creative thinking to develop unique, innovative design concepts that align with the clients vision.
- Work closely with sales designer to understand clients design preferences, lifestyle needs, and project requirements.
- Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that align with the design concept and budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the design and execution process.

- Possess at least a Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in interior design or architecture, with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar programs.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a MUST
- Demonstrates creativity strong conceptual abilities and the knack for crafting unique design concepts.
- Capable of multitasking and efficient time management.
- Attention to detail proactive responsible and can work autonomously or in a team.
- Own transportation necessary for commuting to project sites.
