Intern, AFR Import

This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in Airfreight. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department and learn from experienced professionals.

During this internship, you would be learning from our senior experts. Your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of Airfreight.

Overall Role Purpose Manage, control and develop the Airfreight (AFR) import billing activities in the area in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets and human resources.

Key Activities:-

• Assist Executive on daily billing task in CW1
• Assist Executive on invoice submission & reporting to customer on daily basis
• Assist Executive on EDM packet creation for new customer (e-billing)
• Assist Executive to meet department KPI
• Assist Executive to manage Station Monitor

To be successful in this internship, we expect your qualification to have:

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
• It will be added advantage if individual have part-time experience dealing with customers.
• Being able to compose, speak and dress professionally in English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• This internship working location atSubang Jaya, USJ 25.
• Looking for intern who can join in March 2026 onward.
