Intern, Capital Markets (Commercial)

Position Overview

Join our Capital Markets team for a hands-on internship in commercial real estate. Work alongside experienced brokers on live transactions while gaining practical experience in deal execution, financial modeling, market analysis, and investor relations.

Job Description

• Develop professional marketing materials and investment presentations for commercial real estate properties that effectively communicate value propositions to investors
• Conduct market research and analyze transaction comparables, capital trends, and submarket dynamics to support investment strategies and client recommendations
• Perform financial modeling, preliminary valuations, and feasibility assessments to evaluate investment opportunities and market positioning
• Support investor relations through meeting preparation, business development outreach, and maintaining accurate CRM records and transaction pipelines
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Property/ Estate Management or related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling basics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
