WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Employee Experience Intern Will Work On Projects And Any Assigned Tasks Within The Astro Employee Experience Team On The Following
- Learn and help with day-to-day employee experience activities including event planning, stakeholder / vendor management, event execution and project management.
- Help with the writing of communications related pieces and design visuals for internal communication to Astro employees.
- Get on the job experience by supporting any ad-hoc department requirements/deployments.
- Help with the curation of Astro's Employer Branding by creating content for social media (Linkedin and Instagram), including event photo taking, video shooting and video editing.
Requirements
WHO YOU ARE:
- Undergraduate pursuing Business, MassCom, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
- Highly proficient in English and Malay, both written and spoken
- Passionate about employee engagement, workplace culture and employee experience initiatives
- Excellent organizational and event coordination skills with strong attention to detail
- Creative thinker with strong content writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tool and content creation is an advantage
- Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills are an added advantage
