The Finance Intern will support the finance team in day‑to‑day financial operations, reporting, and analysis. This role provides hands‑on exposure to core finance processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashflow tracking, and management reporting, while developing strong analytical and data management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) records, including invoice tracking and documentation.
  • Update and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) records to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Track, update, and maintain master data to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of cashflow statements and cash position reporting.
  • Support the team in monthly and quarterly financial reporting activities.
  • Assist in preparing ad‑hoc financial analysis and reports for review and presentation to higher management.
  • Perform other finance‑related administrative and analytical tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. basic formulas, data organisation).
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Able to handle data accurately and maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
