Job Description

We are looking for multiple dynamic and motivated interns to support our team across several departments, including Leasing / Real Estate Management, Administration and Human Resources, Marketing, Purchasing. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure, hands-on experience, and learning opportunities relevant to each intern's field of study, while also offering an understanding of overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Interns will assist in day-to-day tasks and projects based on their academic background and interests, which may include:

Leasing / Real Estate Management:

  • Join our Leasing team and gain hands-on experience in retail leasing, tenant management, and shopping centre operations.
  • Assist in sourcing potential tenants and maintaining the tenant database.
  • Support preparation and tracking of leasing documents, tenant records, and lease expiry.
  • Conduct basic market research on retail brands and shopping centre trends.
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate with internal teams on tenant-related matters.

Administration:

  • Assist with document management, data entry, and filing.
  • Handle office correspondence, emails, and scheduling.

Human Resources:

  • Supporting employee records, recruitment coordination, and basic HR administration
  • Participating in team meetings and supporting ongoing projects
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Marketing:

  • Supporting marketing campaigns, content preparation, social media activities, and market research

Purchasing:

  • Supporting in sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, coordinating purchase orders, and following up with vendors
  • Assist in delivery coordination, documentation, and inventory tracking to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing support

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with design, accounting, or marketing tools is an advantage
  • Willing to learn, responsible, and proactive
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to commit to the internship period

Internship Details

  • Duration: 3–6 months
  • Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
  • Location: Kelana Jaya
