Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to support the HR team in Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and core administrative functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations, training coordination, and employee engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support training programs, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in maintaining HR documentation, records, and reporting with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the execution of employee engagement and development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in HR operations, Learning & Development, and administrative functions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
