About The Role

Provide support to the Human Resources department:

  • Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team.
  • Arrange interview sessions for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Assist candidates with their application process.
  • Assist recruiters with the employment screening process for shortlisted candidates.
  • Support candidates onboarding logistic.
  • Participate in department's weekly meetings and engagement events.
  • Create posters/signages/display clip for events and coordinate with brand compliance.
  • Contact partner stores/vendors for project coordination.
  • Set up Microsoft Forms for event registrations and cross check data.
  • Involve as writing role in events. (E.g., group communication emails, letter drafting, reminders, event announcement)
  • Arrange layouts and decorate for office events.
  • Assist in survey data analysis.
  • Assist HRBP for projects
  • Career Fairs

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or fresh graduate with a background in Human Resources, Psychology, International Business, Communications, or business-related degree.
  • Available for at least a 6-month full-time internship.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Willingly to learn & pay attention to details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs.
  • CGPA 3.00 & above
