Key Responsibilities
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to focus on specific departments based on your field of study and interests. We are actively looking for interns in the following areas:
Manufacturing & Operations
- Assist in daily production line operations and monitor key process parameters.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Participate in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), HACCP, and food safety audits.
- Assist in data collection and reporting for production performance and efficiency.
Quality Control (QC)
- Support quality control activities such as sample testing, documentation, and process inspections.
- Learn about ISO 22000, HACCP, and food safety standards implementation.
- Assist in root-cause analysis and product quality improvement initiatives.
Human Resources (HR)
- Support recruitment activities such as internship coordination, screening, and onboarding.
- Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement events, and wellness initiatives.
- Help maintain and update employee records, attendance data, and HR documentation.
- Participate in HR projects focused on employee development, workplace safety, or productivity improvement.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in food manufacturing operations and/or human resources development.
- Basic understanding of GMP, HACCP, or HR policies is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for 3-6 months.
- Must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Klang.
