We are looking for an Intern in Malaysia who will assist Principal's Project Management team. Under the guidance of the project manager, you will be participating in project meetings and learn the undertakings of project and IT system implementation.

What You'll Do

• Interact with C-Suite and HOD PAs in scheduling sessions and meetings
• Take notes and prepare minutes of meeting
• Register and follow up on projects risk and issues
• Prepare weekly progress update and steering committee slides
• Follow up and obtain action item updates, thereafter, discuss next steps on delayed items with the project manager.
• Assist in automating trackers, dashboards, Jira workflows, etc

Who You Are

• You are pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Information Systems/Technology, Management, Economics, Business Administration/Analytics, Project Management, Actuarial Science or Computer Science.
• You have working knowledge in Microsoft Office tools such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as MS Teams. Knowledge on technical tools, such as excel macros, Power BI is an added advantage.
• You are a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• You are able to complete an internship of 6 months and above.
