Now, we’re looking for an Intern (Data Entry & Candidate Outreach) to join the RTECH team — a great chance to gain hands-on experience in data management, communication, and next-gen hiring support.

This isn’t just photocopying papers — you’ll learn how to work smarter with tech, and your contributions matter from Day 1.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Keep candidate & company info up-to-date in our system
• Reach out to candidates/employers via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Send out interview invites & coordinate schedules
• Use Excel to track progress & organize data
• Explore AI tools to boost productivity
• Help with day-to-day team operations

👀 What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English (must-have). Malay/Chinese is a bonus
• Basic Excel skills
• Can write clear, polite emails
• Open to learning Mircrosoft Teams & Zoom (training provided)
• Curious about AI tools
• Most importantly → a willing-to-learn attitude!

No specific degree required — if you’ve got the drive, we’ve got the platform. 💪
