We are looking for an Intern for our Investment Operations team, in Settlement- Cash Management and Fixed Income. This department ensures accuracy of cash projections for money market placements, ensures sufficient cash is available for impending settlements and supports the trade lifecycle by performing trade matching and instructing payments or receipts.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in monitoring daily cash availability for trade settlements and help prepare surplus cash reports for the Investment Department.
  • Support the pre-matching of investment transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist to verify trade details and settlement instructions.
  • Support with cash management processes, including FX conversions to minimize settlement risk.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in internal systems.
  • Provide administrative support/daily operational tasks such as filing, documentation, and any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
  • Assist with any other responsibilities, tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree student or graduate in Finance, Accounting, Investment, Economics or other related field(s).
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and time management, ensuring tasks are completed within strict deadlines.
  • A clear communicator with strong coordination and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with financial systems or trade matching platforms is a plus.
  • Able to complete minimum 6 months of internship.
