Job Summary

We are seeking an intern who is driven, energetic, bold, and detail‑oriented. In this role, you will gain meaningful hands-on experience in nurturing employee engagement and enriching our corporate culture—grounded in our purpose of empowering lives and dreams. Main Responsibility

  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement events, with a focus on wellbeing (psychological, financial, social, and physical) and DEI initiatives that bring our purpose of empowering lives and dreams to life.
  • Support culture-building projects that foster inclusivity, connection, collaboration, and a spirit of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to internal communications, including drafting messages, preparing content for digital platforms, and supporting engagement-related branding.
  • Create thoughtful and creative content that highlight employee stories and showcase our values.
  • Gather feedback from employees and provide insights to improve engagement programmes.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, connecting teams and supporting HR in driving a positive work environment.

Qualification and Experience Requirement

  • Preferably Degree in Human Resources/Marketing/Business/Management/Mass Communication or related field
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to take initiative with confidence and care.
  • Resilience and a growth mindset, with the ability to persevere through challenges and learn along the way.
  • A collaborative team player who brings positivity, supports others, and enjoys creating a fun and engaging work environment.
  • Have strong organizational skills and good in Microsoft Excel.

Compliance (this is compulsory section)

Ensure compliance with the requirements of local regulations and all other relevant statutory regulations and guidelines, as well as relevant Company, Regional and Generali policies and procedures.

Information Security (IS):

Responsible for defining requirements as regards to information availability, confidentiality, and integrity. Managers must ensure that all staff members (including temporary staff) and providers comply with the relevant security standards.

  • Perform risk analysis to determine risk and potential business impacts.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Information System Security Manager on all Information System Security activities within department.
  • Ensure compliance on Information System Security standards and Information System Security guidelines are adhere to within department.

Data Privacy:

Ensure compliance with Data Privacy laws and regulations, policies, standards, process and procedures implemented by the Company at all times.
