Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Auditor, Business Process, based in Johor Baharu. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for evaluating business processes, preparing detailed audit reports, conducting outlet audits, and identifying opportunities for improvement. They will analyze business operations to ensure compliance with policies, streamline efficiency, and mitigate risks. Collaboration with various stakeholders to implement recommended changes will also be a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing Audit Reports and conducting Financial Audits
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Ability to identify process gaps and recommend solutions for improvement
• Relevant academic qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Previous experience in internal auditing or similar roles is advantageous
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations is a plus
• 1–3 years of retail or F&B operational auditing. Multi-outlet experience strongly preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 70% , including overnight stays in KL, SG, and other locations as needed.
