Job Description

We're looking for a motivated, detail-loving intern to join our Product Planning team. You'll get hands-on experience in data analysis, strategic planning, and product portfolio management, all within the fast-paced world of fintech. Whether it's helping us track ROI on a new feature or preparing slides for leadership, your work will directly support the decisions that shape what millions of users see and use every day.

You'll also gain front-row exposure to how product teams work across the entire Software Development Lifecycle from initial idea, to launch, to post-launch review. Best of all, you won't just focus on one thing you'll get to peek into a wide range of products like savings, lending, payments, platform tools, and more. If you love organising chaos, turning numbers into stories, and want to learn how great digital products are planned and prioritised we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support ROI performance tracking across key product initiatives and assist in deriving insights to inform strategy
  • Populate and maintain data trackers, such as KPI/budget dashboards and roadmap alignment reports
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials (e.g., board decks, SteerCo slides)
  • Ensure timely updates of recurring planning templates and performance reports
  • Assist with cleaning and structuring roadmap and product planning data

  • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to gather required data inputs
  • Support ad-hoc strategy and planning tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferred but not compulsory:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and distill insights from data
  • Detail-oriented and well-organised, with strong time management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interest or prior internship experience in corporate strategy, business operations, product planning, or analytics-related roles
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Power BI
