Job Description

Duration: 3 months, from June onwards

Key Responsibilities

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on policies, regulations, programmes and international best practices, including literature reviews, benchmarking and basic data analysis.
Assist in designing and administering surveys, interviews or focus groups with public sector stakeholders and consolidating the findings.
Analyse datasets (e.g. administrative data, survey results, performance indicators) to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement in public service delivery.
Contribute to the development of reports, slide decks, briefing notes and other client-facing materials, ensuring clear, concise and well-structured communication.
Help prepare for and document workshops, consultations and meetings, including drafting agendas, materials, minutes and follow‑up action items.
Support the preparation of proposals, concept notes and background research for new public sector consulting opportunities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary internal teams and, where relevant, external partners to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality project outputs.
Participate in internal learning, knowledge management and process improvement initiatives related to public policy analysis and public sector reform.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consultancy setting
Previous internship or project experience in consulting or related fields is a plus
