About the Role:

To provide responsible and highly skilled management in directing all facets of IT functional requirements. The IT Executive will provide assistance in planning, coordinating and implementing IT solutions for new and existing projects and store opening.

To provide operational and technical support to the users to ensure successful implementation of the store setup project, to set a store to be ready for open as per agreed project / business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide setup, maintain and IT support to all end users/outlets for computers, POS, network, peripherals and software application
  • Ensure IT operations are effectively and efficiently executed
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on all IT related
  • Procurement, tracking and maintain IT inventory, contract and licenses
  • Project management and implementation
  • Vendor/ service provider management of deliverable, progress and implementation
  • Application administrative maintenance and end-user training
  • Understand business and security requirements and implement IT infrastructure solutions including server, network, virtualization, storage, local and cloud backup, cloud operation, digital telephony, POS and etc
  • As a support executive, the individual will ensure that quality support is rendered to our retail outlet through phone support, remote support and onsite support
  • Maintenance of distributed CCTV systems
  • Perform other duties as and when assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System or equivalent
  • 1+ years of related experience in providing day to day IT infrastructure and/or applications support
  • Retail experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with ease, set appropriate priorities and manage timelines effectively while paying strict attention to detail
