About the role:
Manage regional infrastructure and security operations, including network, server, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, vendor management, security governance, and infrastructure projects across the region. Including monitoring the IT contract and renewal to ensure on time renewal.
Responsibilities:
- Manage regional infrastructure team overseeing network, server and security operations.
- Deliver IT projects related to infrastructure and store operation.
- Ensure data security and protection from unauthorized access.
- Manage infrastructure related tasks and improvement plan.
- Oversee user account administration and access controls.
- Manage infrastructure and security vendors and SLAs.
- Provide infrastructure and security training.
- Provide reports and updates to senior management.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Requirements:
- Preferrable: Bachelors/ Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CCNP highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security management
- Preferable experience with Vinculum OMS/WMS and marketplace integrations.
- Strong technical knowledge of network and server systems, cybersecurity tools and technologies, and cloud computing platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
