IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and technology operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient IT services, secure company data, and implement technology solutions to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, hardware, software, and business applications.
• Oversee ERP systems, Microsoft 365, system integration, and IT support operations.
• Implement cybersecurity measures, data protection policies, backup, and disaster recovery plans.
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, software licences, and IT asset inventory.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security controls.
• Lead IT personnel and provide technical support across offices and project sites.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and system administration.
• Experience with ERP systems, cloud services, and IT project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support users across different locations.
