Job Description
handle software packages in Configuration Manager (CM) and Intune, and deployment based on AD groups
wrap MSI and .EXE files into scripted solutions (software packages) that meet company requirements
be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to application management based on our service desk ticket system (ServiceNow)
engage in dialogue with application users/application owners as well as external vendors if necessary
execute routine Windows patch management and clean up jobs in the client and SCCM environment.
Support development work and project work within the team on an ad-hoc basis as required.
have a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science or a related field
have extensive experience (at least 5 years) in software packaging, software deployment/distribution across domains and with managing stakeholder requirements on an enterprise scale
skilled and experience with PowerShell scripting and packaging tools such as InstallShield, Master Packager or Orca
possess in-depth knowledge of Windows OS client management and troubleshooting
thrive in an international environment and can create good relationships with stakeholders.
