Job Title: IT Project Administrator / Coordinator

Role Duration: 12 months (extendable)
Experience Required: 3–5+ Years in PMO or project coordination
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator / Coordinator to provide PMO governance support, reporting, and coordination for large-scale IT programs. The ideal candidate will ensure documentation quality, track approvals and readiness, and support audits and governance forums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide PMO governance support and coordination across multiple workstreams
- Ensure documentation quality, completeness, and consistency, including ORR documentation and readiness evidence packs
- Maintain as-built documentation, runbooks, knowledge-transfer materials, and handover artefacts
- Track approvals, gate decisions, and readiness sign-offs for customer governance tracking
- Manage document version control, traceability, and audit-ready repositories
- Support governance forums, audits, and customer information requests
- Assist project teams with reporting and governance-related activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience providing PMO or project coordination support for large IT programs
- Strong documentation management, reporting, and governance skills
- Ability to maintain audit-ready repositories and version-controlled documentation
- Good understanding of project tracking, approvals, and governance processes
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work across multiple teams and priorities
- Proactive and collaborative with a customer-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with regulated or audit-driven environments
- Experience supporting large-scale IT or infrastructure programs
- Knowledge of PMO tools, governance frameworks, and project documentation standards
