Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing IT projects across various sectors, ensuring successful delivery while meeting stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by communicating project updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and ensure contingency plans are in place.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-13 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the Southeast Asian market.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, JIRA).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
