We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and manage various IT projects in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to set goals.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
• Facilitate project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in IT project management or related field.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
