Job Description

JD:

  • Assist the Senior IT Service Management Manager in formulating long-term IT operations management plans and project management for Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan and Southeast Asia, such as strategy, process and standard, integrated technology platform architecture and digital innovation project management and implementation.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance management of Swire Coca-Cola's digital application systems, such as applications related to sales orders, business middle office, APIs, promotions, price calculation and settlement, etc., can independently support the launch of large-scale application projects, handle complex IT issues, troubleshoot, optimize application performance and improve and solve complex technical problems.
  • Assist the Senior IT Service Management Manager to implement project innovation and improve system capabilities through analysis, research and utilization of new IT technologies. For example, the company has introduced multi-cloud platform PaaS and SaaS services, cutting-edge databases, microservices, containers/Docker, and middleware products, promoted technological innovations such as automated operation and maintenance management, AIOps, and DevSecOps, and established and managed a flexible, secure, high-performance, and elastic technical architecture to better meet the company's growing business needs and digital transformation needs.
  • Responsible for supporting related tools and products in operation and maintenance management, such as backup products, infrastructure monitoring and alarming, capacity planning, APM application performance monitoring, and other tool product management, and providing planning and design solutions and technical optimization and improvement suggestions for the above contents.
  • Responsible for maintaining and managing the cloud data center and the digital application system of each bottling plant to ensure the stable operation of the system (Including: Linux/Windows OS, Web service, middle-ware, Database, cloud storage, etc.), responsible for digital product lifecycle management, upgrade plan formulation and implementation, performance optimization, analysis of system bottlenecks and rapid troubleshooting.
  • Responsible for promoting optimization, improvement, and innovation related to DevSecOps/AIOps/automated O&M, and is responsible for code development and writing as a core member.
  • Work closely with the cloud service infrastructure support team to ensure the stability of the digital application system base and network infrastructure.
  • Assist in supporting the Senior IT Service Management Manager in the implementation of centralized integration projects for on-premises applications in bottling plants and the migration of plant data centers to cloud platform projects.
  • Cooperate with the senior IT service management manager to complete the preparation of relevant standards, processes and operation documents, and complete the daily system operation and maintenance work according to the documents.
