Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to employees, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Hardware and Software Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and updates on computers, printers, software applications, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshooting: Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Network Support: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, including wired and wireless networks.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
IT Asset Management: Manage and track IT assets, including inventory, procurement, and disposal of equipment.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in IT or related field preferred).
Proven experience in providing IT support.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems.
Familiarity with networking, security, and cloud technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
