Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to employees, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and updates on computers, printers, software applications, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Network Support: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, including wired and wireless networks.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • IT Asset Management: Manage and track IT assets, including inventory, procurement, and disposal of equipment.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in IT or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience in providing IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking, security, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Preferable Mandarin Speaking.
