About the Role:

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily technical support to end-users, managing IT assets, and maintaining the stability and security of our office network and systems.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in IT support or technical support. The ideal candidate is skilled in troubleshooting daily hardware, software, and network issues, and can provide efficient end-user support. Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily IT support for overseas offices, including deployment, configuration, and procurement of hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot and manage issues related to Windows and macOS operating systems, and assist users with common system and application problems.
  • Maintain and manage company network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring stable network operations (including VPN).
  • Configure and support office equipment such as CCTV systems, printers, and projectors.
  • Assist the security team with data backup and recovery to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Perform routine inspection and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Support onboarding and IT training for new employees.
  • Create and maintain SOP documentation.
  • Handle IT service tickets, follow up on user feedback, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage IT assets, tracking hardware and software usage across the organization.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Technical Skills / Tools

  • Operating Systems: Windows Server, Windows OS, macOS, iOS, Android
  • Office Tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Networking Tools: Ping, Nslookup, PuTTY, and other network troubleshooting commands
  • Remote Support Tools

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Portal
  • Practical experience with L2–L3 switches and firewall configuration
